exceptional location, quiet atmosphere, medieval building
Having to leave windows open at night due to air conditioning restrictions is unfortunate!!! We expected a more comprehensive staff presence than just a few hours a day. Heavy luggage was a hassle with no lift available!!!

Charming Stay in Historic Siena
A lovely experience! Clean, compact room with all modern amenities. Sara provided invaluable tips for exploring the area and making us feel at home. Breakfast vouchers nearby were convenient, though offering more beverage options would be a plus. Be prepared for a few stairs!

Perfect for families looking for a cozy stay
The host was incredibly helpful, providing great tips about places to eat and visit. It was also nice to have snacks available in the breakfast room, perfect for keeping our kid satisfied during the day.
Not exactly cheap, but acceptable for the quality you get.

The location is truly outstanding, just a block from Piazza del Campo, making it ideal for exploring Siena. The breakfast was very nice, and the staff, especially Alberto, provided excellent tips for sightseeing and transportation. My room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with great facilities. A cozy sitting area allowed for relaxation after a long day. The outdoor terrace provided a perfect spot for enjoying coffee.
Street noise can be significant at night.
