Having to leave windows open at night due to air conditioning restrictions is unfortunate!!! We expected a more comprehensive staff presence than just a few hours a day. Heavy luggage was a hassle with no lift available!!!

Perfect for families looking for a cozy stay

The host was incredibly helpful, providing great tips about places to eat and visit. It was also nice to have snacks available in the breakfast room, perfect for keeping our kid satisfied during the day.

The location is truly outstanding, just a block from Piazza del Campo, making it ideal for exploring Siena. The breakfast was very nice, and the staff, especially Alberto, provided excellent tips for sightseeing and transportation. My room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with great facilities. A cozy sitting area allowed for relaxation after a long day. The outdoor terrace provided a perfect spot for enjoying coffee.

Street noise can be significant at night.
